A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine. I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents. I should be incapable of drawing a single stroke at the present moment; and yet I feel that I never was a greater artist than now.

Yoga is as much an energetic practise as it is a physical one.

Most of us start our Yoga journey through physical posture practice. It allows us to be truly embodied and to build awareness of our selves and our bodies. It creates sukha or ease in the body that does away with distractions such as pain and discomfort and disease.

As we find more harmony in the body, this often leads to an awareness that there is so much more to it that what is tangible, visible and right in front of you.

Here at I Am That – Yoga, we have endeavoured to create a practise curriculum which supports you on your own yogic journey, creating an array of classes, experiences, courses and immersions that are taught by a variety of facilitators so that you can explore and experience the subtle body and find your very own journey inwards.
