I Am That – Studio classes, bookings, workshops, events and passes are non-refundable. Please note that we have a cancellation policy of 2 hours for afternoon classes and 12 hours for morning classes. Any cancellation occurring OUTSIDE this window is considered and early cancel and will be credited to your MindBody account. Any cancellation WITHIN this window is considered a late cancel and is charged/not credited.
Please note that an additional no-show penalty of $10 is charged for failiure to arrive to Reformer classes and Sauna bookings, without cancelling, due to their very limited availability. Theses spots are usually waitlisted and this fee is meant to minimise the amount of spots that go to waste. For any mat and Yoga classes, this penalty does not apply as these have much larger capacities.
Please note that classes need to be cancelled on the MindBody account. Verbal, email, DM or sms cancellations may not be processed. From Sept. 10 2022, you will be able to cancel/reschedule/manage your classes via the website and SMS chatbot as well.
Bookings for events, trainings, courses and workshops are non-refundable but can be transferred to other people. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your booking.
I Am That – Studio classes, workshops and events start on time. Please note that we are unable to admit students after the class has started as this disrupts the class for the other students that started on time.
Late arrivals count as late cancels and cannot be credited or refunded.
Please ensure you arrive a few minutes before the class to ensure that you are ready when the class start time approaches. If this is your first class, please arrive with enough time to spare so that we can register, introduce you and show you everything you need for your class.
Please note that we are unable to delay start times or take requests to do so either telephonically, via DM on our socials or via SMS/email.
As we offer over 70 classes per week, you may be able to join the next class on the schedule IF there is availability. However, should this not work out, we are unable to rebook you for a different day.
If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full-priced items (excluding those below) within 14 days of purchase (sales items excluded). Items should be returned in their original condition, unopened/ unused and with their tags attached.

I Am That – ONLINE is a subscription service. After your 2-day free trial you will be charged either weekly or monthly, (depending on what option you choose) until you cancel the subscription yourself either in your account or via email to email@example.com. If you cancel within this trial period you will not be charged.

There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel anytime. NB: subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the delivered product, please keep the item unopened, with all wrapping and tags in tact. Please resend the item in the same or similar box it arrived.

Please Note: All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unopened and un-used.
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Purchases made via gift vouchers cannot be refunded, only exchanged. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
Please Note: Shipping and duties will not be refunded by I Am That, however if you paid duties on an item that you have returned and would like a Credit Invoice to provide to your customs office please contact us.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
You may not return full price items bought with a discount code.
Of course! Mats can be exchanged for vouchers to be used for other I Am That – services (Melbourne or online) and products. Just contact us and we will start the exchange process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, although we aim to process all exchanges within 1-3 days, you will need to allow shipping time on top of this.
If you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) and We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return. In this case, shipping of the second item is, of course, on us. Please note this applies only if the item has not been used
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at so we can resolve this for you.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
